Return & Refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from RISYAL. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of receipt (excluding opened products). Please read the following terms and conditions for our return and refund process.

Refund Conditions:

  1. Return Requests: To request a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your product. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

  2. Incorrect or Damaged Items: If the mistake was on our end (e.g., wrong or damaged items received, excluding minor dust or packaging defects), we will gladly offer a full refund. Please contact us with a photo of the entire order, including the damaged or incorrect items, along with a brief description of the issue. We aim to handle these cases individually to ensure the best possible service and customer satisfaction.

  3. Customer-Initiated Returns: If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., you don't like it or no longer want it), a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Condition of Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, returned items must be new, unused, and in original condition (as received). We cannot accept returns of opened products.

  5. Return Process: Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please include a tracking number when returning the item. We will process your refund once the return is received, typically within 3-5 business days.

Special Circumstances:

  1. Customs Issues: As our products are sold worldwide, there is a small chance that your parcel may encounter customs clearance delays. If this happens, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance. However, if you refuse to pick up your parcel, we cannot guarantee a full refund.

  2. Incorrect Shipping Address: If the parcel is sent to the wrong address due to an error made by the customer when entering the shipping details, we will assist in contacting the logistics provider to attempt address modification. However, we will not issue a refund in this case.
